Avila Beach, one of California's hidden seaside gems, is situated in a sheltered bay. With gently sloping sand that encourages waders and young body boarders to venture into the sea, Avila Beach has abundant sea life, sea caves, and a cute coastal town. Seascapes at sunset have a special magic, as white foam becomes tinted with orange and pink. Blue and purple shadows elongate, carving out the dimensions of the rocks.
